Bright Sun, as a company committed to social responsibility, which has provided the internship programs to various colleges and universities for many years, in name of Training Company. We train the students with different assignment and themes every year in response to the market needs. As usual in the summer, we provide the internship programs and one of the training targets are 7 first-year students from the Hong Kong Design Institute.

This year's internship task is to find out the styles of trendy items on the Internet, such as clothing, handbags, etc., and combine with using our own design lace materials for products. Bright Sun team plays the role of the chief instructor, inspiring the interns and allowing them to complete the entire work independently. We are happy to seeing the first phase of the interns were able to complete the tasks within the specified time, and new and out-of-the-box concepts emerged one after another, bringing a lot of new visual effects. In response to the strengths of each intern in the first stage, the instructor also assigns indicated design tasks in the second stage, leading each trainee to further improve their potential abilities, and the results were even more impressive.

The purpose of the summer internship is to provide students with an opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to practice, to help them better understand their major, and to apply it in real work. At the same time, it also comes with a new working model - Job Block, which will be planned or phased work, combined with the strengths of talents, and completed efficiently in a short period of time. It can be said that they complement each other and achieve a win-win situation.
